BB9700help, 16 Jan 2010every time i reboot/restart device device after deleting an... moreThis is normal, just put the battery pack back in and leave it, the phone runs a software scan which takes 2-5 min. When it has finished running the scan it will prompt you to enter your pin and away you go. Hope this helps.

This is big joke BB. Still now no VIDEO CALL ? in 3G world now. Even cheap nokia 3120 classic has it. Shame on you BB.

Is there an offline mode?
can you use the same browser for Wifi and date plan? can i get the choice to use my data plan or the Wifi even if the Wifi is activated?

every time i reboot/restart device device after deleting an app, the screen goes white and nothing happens and i need to keep pulling the battery out to restart device. why does this happen??

It is indicative that BIS is for an individual and BES for corporate user. I work in telecommunications hence i would know. Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) and Blackberry Enterprise Service (BES)

i had it in my hands for few days and sold it. so wrong!!! the worst thing i have ever done!! after i knew the details about bb 9700, i am re-buying this phone for sure!!! the best phone ever.
i had iphones, 3g, 3gs, htc, nokia n-series (some). nothing like this phone.
