dude don't even think about it go for the blackberry i have the nokia e71 the key pad is a lot smaller the 9700 is very smooth and reliable and my sepelling isn't the best and the blackberry has spell check. Buy the blackberry

When are RIM going to provide 'flight mode' on their phones. Also Cell display so that you can see which tower your signal is coming from.

I love the E71 and 72 but I just got to play with the 9700 and man is it good.

just get this phone 2 weeks ago,this BB is the best phone ever i use and all function going smooth like silk!the BB messenger is a very good service =D

olwo, 09 Dec 2009the review says it supports gsm egde 3g etc. but the specif... moreits got both EDGE and 3G see all networks have EDGE and they have 3G also so i think that it goes right onto the 3G network and if it looses 3G coverage it goes to EDGE

leigh, 08 Dec 2009ok this is the big question would you choose this or would ... more I chose this over iphone as this will play slingbox if its installed from a previous device. Iphone will only play slingbox in wifi mode. It doesnt run Skype is one advantage that iphone does have on it. Not everyone likes a touch screen and for those people this is a great alternative.
