Hello guys, my bb bold 9700 went off, only constant red blinking light shows, i took it to gsm engineer they said that they have no idea on what to do. pls what can i do? pls reply to this e-mail ambasampson2012@gmail.com. Thanks

Battery also a problem..more over the data charges are separate for blackberry..horrible to use..

I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 me phone just went dead and I thought it was because the battery was flat I put the phone on charge and left it off after 2 hours I wanted to switch it on but it did not switch on.The phone light switch on but after a while it goes off and you only see a black screen with the battery with a red cross over it.

I've been using Blackberry 9700 since 4 years . i have no issues with it at all except the camera. when i switch to camera it says "Could not start the camera. Close all the application and try". it started happened on the 2nd year.
very user friendly.
