Have been using bold 9700 for almost an year now. the problem i have is the battery life. changed my first battery when it swelled up. have a new one but also lasts for a few hours then goes off despite the fact that im not a phone 'junky'. then the battery sign shows its full while in the real sense its not. pls HELP.

it is a very good phone but y does it run slow whn many apps are installed on it and it cant even support gmail nd d rest.....

dbonj, 28 Nov 2013everything else was good about this phone, only i never got... moreYou are lucky, even I am using bold-5, 9790. Battery backup is only 4 to 5 hour. If I am using BIS pack then its discharged within 3 hour.
And BB service centre refused me to repair or resolve the same, as per company's technician my device is perfect. My device is still in warranty period but who cares.BB is bad for warranty satisfactions.

everything else was good about this phone, only i never got 408h stanby and 6h talk time on the battery, even after purchasing a new battery. Anybody out there who has experienced this?

Go to..options, security and then security wipe. If It is don't woked then go to ur nearest BB service centre, in that case u need to reinstall your OS again.

Hellow, I cant use my FB, Twitter and I cant even browse to any webpage through my BB9700. Even if it is connected to the WiFi, none of the web based apps working. while I am hitting any internet based apps, its saying "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan"
Please give me suggestion what should I do if this prob persists. If possible reply me at oftony@gmail.com
