I was a Nokia fan , loved the E63 and E72 , but my E72 got mad after 6 months of usage (didn't do anything wrong) .
My friends suggested N97 mini but I searched and searched and then I felt like changing to a brand that I have never thought of using , and I bought the BB onyx (9700),it became by best best friend.
It has never come in my mind to use my laptop to view my e-mails coz my BB is doing the job efficiently, needless to mention the battery life, its hilarious.
Now I became a BlackBerry fan and I suggest it -onyx- to my friends and every one asking.

I am a small business user, used when travelling and email with web apps. The 9700 appears to be the better alternative compared to the 9300 (3G is a must either way). Any informed opinion supporting a choice? Thanx Guys!

i have both E72 and BB9700, you cannot compare the 2, the bb9700 is in a different league, screen resolution, email delivery, battery is amazing, notifications, internet, messenger, apps is far better than ovi, the list goes on, you just cannot compare them, trackpad on e72 is a joke 2, go with blackberry and you cant really go wrong

The difference between the 9700 and 9650 is 9700 has 256mb internal where as 9650 has 512mb. The other two factors is that 9650 supports upto 32gb where as 9700 supports upto 16gb! The main factor why I chose 9700 over 9650 was that the battery lasted a little longer 1500mah compared to 1400mah. Other than that they are more or less identical! Hope this helps.

For God sake if bb 9700 were to be human, am very sure he would probably be feeling shy, cos they have attributed excessive value and much importances have been attached to it than it worths,I have E71 & it never failz me, i was thinking of getting bb 9700 before but my friend just got one and i handle it almost everytime but it never freak me for once, what just makes bb differ from every other mobile gadgets is the bb msgr,my E71 does it all

I think you need to go and have a look at the spec's again! There is no compairing the Nokia E63 with the BB 9700! I have the BB 9700 and will not swap it for a E63 even if you pay me a $1000000.00
