BB really needs to get on their game and come out with some more innovative phones. Designs and features haven't changed drastically since the original trackball phones. Simplistic phones for people who want to be able to do some tasks well. But if RIM doesn't try some new designs or a different direction soon, they will quickly become a niche market.

--ann--, 19 Jan 2011which is better? bb 9700 or 9780? is ther a big dfference?the 9780 is slightly better because it comes natively with BBOS6, while the 9700 has to upgrade, and the 9780 also has twice as much RAM which should make multitasking much more efficient.

i am from Surat, Gujarat , India.
i am vodafone customer since 10 yrs, when i activated BIS plan, vodafone people could not make setting in my phone, they simply said that in my phone this service has not been latched on or otherwise my phone has some issues. then i deactivated my service.
from tomorrow idea is launching Portability service MTP, what about idea service for BB ? should i change to idea or vodafone is better in providing BIS service ?

hi. need some help. got this phone today. when i click the menu button, i could only access the full menu if i click "show tray". anyway to change the settings so i click the menu button, the menu just appears?

but does not connect and the drive also do not opne for media exchange..
