Blackberry, please increase the processor speed to 1 GHZ. u wil be unbeaten then. i am not complaining abt the 624speed but come on u also need an upgrade...

Me from India. Its still not launched here. But the dealers site quoted it for something equal to the cost of torch. Thats y i wondered. Now i knew the real cost. Thanks.

@Aamir.... The cost of Bold 9780 is not that costly may be as in your country. If in Malaysia the cost of Bold 9700 OS5 is around (Malaysian Ringgit) RM1,500. If we add a few ringgit at around RM1,700 we can get the new Bold 9780 OS6. It is consider cheap with extra RM200 we can get Bold 9780 OS6 with 5 MP camera and with double RAM memory....

Aamir, 25 Nov 2010except for the OS and camera pixel size, bold 9780 and 9700... morethere has also been added RAM to the phone, double in fact.
The chrome around the outside is now darker, almost black, and there isnt a leather feel on the battery door :)

I already upgrade my 9700 with os6 and its so smooth.. The dif only on ram , gb space and 5mp pix. But its just that.. Nothing much.. Still the same dsign...

Please res... moreIf you want a touch and type phone then go for Torch 9800, but if you are looking for a phone with a nice battery life with all features of Torch except the touch go surely for Bol 9780. I had a torch now i am using Bold 9780. quite satisfied with it.
