Don't fill your BlackBerry up with junk then it won't freeze or restart itself. Just like a car needs an oil change to keep the engine running smoothly, your BlackBerry needs to get drained of corrupt data (security wipe) once in awhile depending on usage. This applies to most computerised devices of this era. Store ur media content on a memory card.

But since when mine fell, the touch screen is no more working and it heat up, can't dail out unless I activate the speaker if not it will rebooth..... Bat3 not advisable! Guess its sytlish, cool but sucks....

p4change, 26 Mar 2014How can the RAM be cleaned broYou can ckeqn the ram usibg the security and go to the Adavance Security Setting and go to memory cleaning ad activate all.. you can also use the application OS ADVANCE.. you can activate the device optimizer to flush the RAM

same here i m not satisfy this phone after 4 or 5 hours recharging its only running helf an hours llot of time i was change this battery bt prob nt solved blackberry is not a gud phone

This phone is bad. I charge my battery every 2 hours... it keeps on restarting itself even when i am busy typing sms/email or when i am on a call. The phone is 9 months old. I regret buying it
