I have just charged my phone to full charge. It then went off. I have tested the battery on another phone and it is fine. What might be the problem with the phone? Kindly assist

i do not have BIS plan yet only normal one to set up phone, no message about having
subscription, had to close and restart Blackberry desktop three times before update notice
appeared, hope you solve your problem.

my sister have this phone and she advice me to put it on 2G mode so that it could last forever and dont have overheating problem..
it has one of the most beautiful camera experience and totally i must say that i didnt face any problem at all

hii i had a bb 9790 last week and i am very disappointed with the battery life...soo one of my friend has told me that if i upgrade the system to version 7.1 it would work properly....then i installed the bb desktop and i tried to upgrade it but it does'nt work!!!

i use this mobile very good and much better than android because android problem is battery camera results video result and many other features are out standing marvelous phone in blackberry. i lover blackberry

the OS7.1 has the extra feature wifi-hotspot...
but so far I was not able to upgrade OS7 to OS7.1 with my 9790

Battery BackUp Is not so good
Another minus point is that the handset is going slow in whats app and other app
and the one of poor minus point is that bbm is chargeble on black berry and free on android it's like that wife is charging her husband for sex and free for other people bui sheet shame on it
