This phone is good but it hangs lots of the time and overheating just want to know why is that??

Is there an app where you can see the time since it was 100% till it get low?? Unlike the app that all android phones have?? Any recommendation? Thanks for that though....

people are not very clever complainin about battery life, all phones batteries die quickly when on 3g and in constant use. You are complainin about nonsense

If you want to update this phone(BB9790) to 7.1 go to your Blackberry Store or a refutable Blackberry Dealership in your area. 7.1 software upgrade gives a big improvement in BB9790 specially the Battery.

my friend had a BB Bold 9790, she bought it about 1 month ago and she told me that the battery drain so fast with 3G network. the battery had 100% at 5 AM, and goes 30% at 8 PM for 3G network. now she have to brought a power bank anywhere she want to go. just share my friend experience. sorry for bad english.

It is an amazing phone. But I have got a problem for some days, that the ear piece was not working. Some time it become out of order but after some time it become good automaticaly.
What is the problem
And how can I get rid of this problem?

Download exe file from below link which is BB OS 7.1 file for 9790 and and run Loader operation from>program files>common file>Research and motion>App Loader. follow the ongoing instruction and r good to go

recently i have purchased the new mobile..with in two weeks i found some problem with network and battery back up problem to the shop person is said,send to black berry service for the check now service person is saying internal liquid damage.(working mobile they are saying there is problem)

while trying to updating its os version 7.0 to 7.1 through Blackberry desktop manager it is showing that ' your device is already up to date. no update available".....pls suggest me anyone how it has be done

this is the most pathetic phone once can come across.i have been using this phone for the past year now and am thoroughly disappointed. most ridiculous phone. it has made me to hate the brand in itself.
the problems are many :
* the phone crashes every now and then and take ages to reboot.
* battery lasts for 6 hours max. funny thing is..you will sleep with full charge and when you wake up the battery is dead.
* the touch screen is bad as well..very late to respond.
my suggestion is to stay away from this phone.
no wonders the company is up for sale.
