when i got a miss call, led is not blinking, does the led blink when getting miss call?? and ringtone volume is much low then others waht to do to increase the volume??? plz help me out frndz..

the speakers of this phone sucks,,u can hardly hear ring tunes,you gonna miss a lot of incoming calls.. i put mine on the highest level volume ,still very low,,hope bb do something about it,,

I have bought this mobile last friday with updated os 7.1, excellent mobile, batery back up is very good, i receive 35 to 40 calls in a day, & make 20 calls, text 10 messages, browse every 10 mnts for every 30 mnts & receive 40 emails in a day and the charge last for more than 24 hours, please note my mobile is always in net connection. Excellent response, i took the white colour, its amazing. i strongly recommend to buy this mobile

karam, 24 Sep 2012i love this phon its looks is very nice with all the featur... moreif you had registered it with BlackBerry Protect then you would be able to figure out its location...if you had the feature turned on. You can also make it ring loud if you lost it somewhere close, or LOCK it if you think someone else might have it. Just go to protect.blackberry.com to get started.

If I text very little, about 10 messages a day; receive around 20 emails a day; and I keep the data constantly on, how many hours approximately will the battery of the 9790 last?

the phone gets too hot,first day of using it,trying to set it up,configure email and all that,seriously i could fry an egg on it,dont want to regret buying it,probabbly cos its metal all over,am not happy at all,its a bb and will be used every second,pinging and texting.........they should have put dat into consideration while making the casing.

On my 5th blackberry I have. Had 3curves ok! The bold is most excellent 9780 and 9790 battery pants but this a software issue I guess? Hope they issue one for the 9790 or is it going to be a bb10? 7.1 yet? Expansys rock by the way and otterbox phone cases ! 9790 recommended given its short Cummings the battery it is an excellent phone in my view! Works well with the playbook £129 pc world and currys 64gb one! I think apple overpriced given these hard times who can afford an iphone 5 or ipad sell an arm or a leg?

Half day battery life. Cheap plasticky materials. I had this phone on contract for 3 months, it developed a crack on the lock button, from continuous locking and unlocking. The touch screen stopped working. Service provider quoted me 150$ to replace end cap and front housing. What about my warranty! does not cover physical damage they say, but the thing is, i never dropped it.
