Do not buy this phone it has M*A*S*S*I*V*E screen problems!!! Sisters phone : touchscreen stopped working after 3 days. Friends phone :Screen cracked when using volume buttons. Wife's phone :Screen cracked when unlocking the device. As any one could guess nobody at BB would believe us except for my sister's phone they took in to be repaired. My wife's phone is not being repaired because I not coughing up $100 for month old phone which screen cracked for no reason. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Hi Guys.. need a help! Anybody can advise a trouble shootiing method for touchscreen in 9790.. Hardbooted the phone, touchscreen works for 5 mins and it stops again

Same with me....great phone but the battery life is crap. Never had to recharge so frequently with any other phone!

Its a very smart and neat looking phone, battery life is a drag but come on its a good smart phone, money well spent by me, love this phone to the max

as ive experience blackberry bold 9780 is the best of all as u can see in the specifications ders just a little diference between d torch and d blackberry 9780 its just dat its os7 and a touch screen but ive actually proven dat d blackberry 9780 is the best bcz of the battery and the inside of this unit,so guys il suggest u to buy blackberry 9780 coz its definitely a wonderful fone :) i love it :)

paul, 05 May 2012i currently have BB9360...its battery life realy sucks!!i t... moreyes, bold 9790 has better battery life... but as you said os 6 fones has longer battery life, its true. coz me, from curve 9360 i changed to bold 9780 instead of 9790. still 9780 has better and i think the best battery of all the bb fones.
