The number of rows menu in home screen preferences lost, and now my homescreen has 2 rows which I cannot change.
Now, the speaker in no working entirely, no sound on music, alarm, phone calls, etc.
Can anyone help? Pls?

i used blackberry bold 9930 for only two weeks and it developed a fault. since then,its never been working again.

The Bold Touch 9930 from Verizon Wireless was an ideal phone for me until they pushed the 7.1 OS update after that the phone hung like it was looking for something mid operation in the home menu itself. The screen remained on for a very long time so I pulled the battery and that was it. The phone refused to come on just blinking a red light like it bore a grudge or something with the experiments I put it through. In the end it went for scrap as probably some hardware fault exists in this 9900 series. I noticed a similar problem in another phone which was a Bold 9900. RIM is probably aware of this as well because as a developer I have noticed a lot of comments on this bug which I found rectified in the next lot of Bold the 5 series. A lot of people report battery problems in this phone I have not really noticed as I am more of a blackberry person and am now used to their poor battery antics. Since the first black and white blackberry handset I got I have gone through the entire collection created by RIM at some point or the other and most of them suffer from a poor battery life or have the memory draining bug. Some versions of the device software correct some bugs others don't. You have to play around with versions until you find one that is just right for your device. Just don't get this device and expect to do that.

I have noticed that all BBS are the same just different structures. Does not mark multiple file,when battery is low, no more network.....?

I hate this device. I thought it would be very smooth, no lag no freeze. But it's all the same. Spent $500 for this price in indonesia. Sucks! The bbm just the best apps only can be proud off
