Check the OS version, if you're running below .362 or below, upgrade to .374. It works like a charm.

I don't mean to use foul language but am pissed at the 9930. It freezes at ba3 levels 50% and below if its not charging. Pls is it a software problem or hardware problem? And what do I do? Pls help

this bby is the worst one yet. they lie about the battery life, the wifi antennae is completely useless, applications and surfing is cumbersome and slow. it is only good for typing emails and shouldn't even be called a smart phone! and i've had a bby since the first generation came out. don't believe me- look at the results: RIM is in serious trouble...
