Whatsapp not working on my 9930 tried changing the year to 2016 it will tell me to change my date setting or tell me is an old version of whatsapp. Whatsapp has extended their period to 2017 december. Please I need a solution on how to make whatsapp work on my bb.

yetty, 06 Apr 2017pls, is blackberry bold touch 9930 still on to WhatsApp? you can use whatsapp by changing the year to 2016 and then open the application whatsapp do activation. after the return of normal.

You'll need a full Blackberry data plan also known as BIS(blackberry internet service) it's a special kind of data plan only for BB os 7.1 and lower , if you try to use ordinary data plan then apps like blackberry browser , app-world , facebook and twitter won't work , you need BIS on your Blackberry in order to gain full internet access , contact your mobile network for help

There is a strong blue LED turned ON during upgrading and up till new is still ON and if I turned OFF the BlackBerry the blue LED will still be ON and the backlight for the keypad didn't comes up.
