I pressed sych media my phone since then I cannot view my pictures on the phone or i have connect it to the computer to view. How do I cancel that option to be able to view pictures on phone.

nizo, 23 Oct 2014I'm not able to view photos without connecting to my comput... moreYou will need to format your bb. Back up all your data then connect it to your pc to format it. Transfer all the data that you've backed up earlier to your bb and it should be running fine.
