u have to update OS6 for this handheld, its pretty good i think (the animation, fresh outlook) though it's consume more memory application.. u can upgrade OS6 via starhub

to in stall mxit u must download opera mini... to set up ur email and access apps from bb u need to go to ur nearest service provider store to help u set up your blackberry internet service

BB curve 9300 is excellent..very fast! I can browse any site wherever I go..I love bb 9300 other than bb..:-) I am using prepaid blackberry services...

bb curve 3g is a great smartphone,fast internet browser,and i really enjoy in surfing internet with bb curve 3g. try it..and you will never dissapointed..

first of all a big thank you to all of you for al... morewhen a blackberry is bought it takes 24 hours to fully activate, you are only able to go on the internet when you gprs top right is in capitals, if its not it wont even let you open a browser, if its payg you need to double check you definetely have a blackberry internet package, if its pay monthly then you need to wait the 24hours and if the problem is still there try taking the battery out and put back in otherwise contact your network provider.

Hi guys,
first of all a big thank you to all of you for all ur expert comments. Helped me decide on the phone.
Just bought 1 today and it seems there is a problem.
The browser on my phone does not seem to be working. Well i still havent activated any services as of now(i mean blackberry internet services) but my guess is atleast the browser should open or i may be wrong.
Kindly help

Do i really need to subscribe my bb to my network here in the philippines? I'm having a hard time using it. :( I can't use the applications. bb application world is not working.. it says i need to check my network settings... please help me.. :(

well the phone looks good.. but without face camera no use of video call and BB services are not cheap instead of any other gprs/3g data plan. Samsung wave much better than any BB phones.
