Great phone...only problem I've had is with it cutting out during conversation. Its a small trade off though, afterall, email is its main function, and it does it well.

Hi everyone this is my second post from my phone and I have to say this phone is absolutely amazing. Does anyone know if the camera can record video's? Also I am not able to view vids from websites like youtube I'm actually blocked from getting onto the site! Is this because of provider settings or can I dl an app for this? Thanks in advance

I LOVE THE CRACKBERRY!! I will admit I am an addicted. I just upgraded my last blackberry to this model. It should be coming tomorrow, cant wait. Anyway, in response to the question about having one and being a student. I would say go for it. I had it one college. It was convenient. I could type mini notes, send emails, I basically put the syllabus to every class in it so that I know what was due when.

Ijust got this phone a yesterday, I'm still getting used to all the features this is my second smartphone my first being a SE M600i which was a great phone. Does this phone support all viewers? Can I view and edit word,excel and powerpoint files? Is there a site where I dl different themes and apps for this phone? Now he is a blackberry thats worth having
2mp cam with a amazing mp3 player. not to worried about not having 3g or wifi but its what blackberry should be doing every time!

Im currently thinking of upgrading from the BB Pearl,to the 8310.
But can anyone please help in terms of the GPS??
Im with Optus in Australia and wondering if The navigation feature works on it like a normal GPS Navigator???

I really like my new 8310. I previously had the 8707v (UK Vodafone contract).
The new BB is better.
I like:
The size
The GPS
The Camera
I don't like:
The battery life
Vodafone sold this contract to me informing me that the GPS was Europe wide. It's not - the pre-bundled GPS only covers the UK and Ireland.
Despite this - it's BRILLIANT. No need to buy a GPS it's almost worth it just for this feature.

This phone has GPS! So you can use it with navigation programs and so on.

hi guys. im very new to blackberry. just got my curve the other night. anyways, i tried installing some trial apps, games & themes using pocketMac. problem now is i cannot seem to uninstall them using pocketmac. i also tried deleting it in advance options/ applications but cannot seem to see any of them.. pocketmac doesnt uninstall them too... can anyone suggest any other method to remove these trial apps & themes? thanks a lot!
