natasha, 19 Jun 2008hello every one i bought the 8320 2 weeks ago im having pro... moreI had the same problem. To solve the problem, you need to register your BB with your Blackberry Service Provider/Telo and you can follow the steps below:
1) On your Main Menu, press the "Menu" option
2) Then, use your track and look for the "Options" icon and click
3) Then, select and click the "Advance Options"
4) Select and Click Host Routing Table
5) If the Host Routing Table is empty, this is the root cause of the problem. You need to register your device, by clicking on the "Menu" button and select "Register Now". The device will display ".... Message Sent". You will receive a SMS from your provider and wait for 5 mins. Then, you do a hard reset (shut down your BB and take out the battery for 1 mins). Then, start up again. It should work after that. Good luck.

Jamal, 04 Jun 2008i have this handset, it does not have video recording!!!It requires an SD card - MiniSD if you want to record videos. i had the same problem.

if any of you have any questions regarding blackberr... moretks in advance first.I plan to buy a bb 8320 but i still confusing.
First ,does bb oversea when receive email or chatting get additional charge for the oversea gprs fee?
second,for the internet browsing how fast does it can achieve?is it fast enough?
it possible use your bb be a modem for you laptop browsing?is they any additional charge for that.
I don't really understand about bb.
Does the bb 8320 can read chinese sms or email.tks.hope you can solve my question.

There is Video support in OS 4.3 and up.
Unfortunately, for this version of phone it's OS 4.2 --> 4.5 and it's from France Telekom or sth, I upgraded,
+Got video
+new interface
+shortcut keys for mp3 player
-Sounds quieter for ringers/stereo speakers
-gives a popping noise when connecting earphones
-made it slower...

love the look and feel of the phone. not impressed with its lack of gps and the wi-fi doesnt always work, i have been unable to access websites with any ease. is a blackberry coming that has both wifi and gps??

I have just puchased this set. And to me its awsome compared to that of N-95 (previous one of mine) & moreover even the keys are too easy to use with some of special's like Wi-fi.
