And one thing I do not like about the BB and Iphone is the lack of Fm radio, at least both have 3.5 audio jack. I must admit the Iphone has done a lot for innovation regarding touch screen devices, but even Samsung Star which is d times cheaper has 95% of the functionality of the Iphone.
However the Blackberry 8520 which I also own is 3 times cheaper than Iphone, and internet browsing
cost 5 times cheaper (for where I live) per month. The one thing the Iphone has is Gps, and the BB 8520 does not have it.

im thinking on getting this phone, bb curve 8520 vs samsung i637? i like the blackberry but its not 3g, and the samsung is, but then again the optic track ball thing is nice, advice please

I got mine yesterday!
Works seemless in minutes! No problems at all!
Also own a E71... Giving it to the wife now!
The push email works like a breeze!!!

Also disappointed that the supplier dont tell all these things when buying a phone. The BB also has no radio, no video conferencing,only GPRS,only 2MP camera. If you in RSA the adv does not tell you about these so be careful where you shop and what your shop sells you. Good luck

Ray, 06 Oct 2009why on earth dont any of the black berrys not have a Radio ... morebecause its not a low budget phone if you own a bb u can afford to buy a seperat raidio to listen too, and why would you want too listen too the radio on your bb, its a bisuness phone not a toy!!!!
