how can we repair after damage

I had this phone for about 9 months now and it is working well but there are several cons:
-poor batt life
-keeps on freezing
-you cant make the emoticons in sms smaller
-poor camera quality. Pictures are always dark.
-limited apps and games
-ios5 only
However, the pros are:
-handy and light
-sturdy! Mine dropped several times already but still working properly!
-you can DL fonts and customize them.
-you can change the led lights' color
-qwerty keypads which makes texting easier!
-affordable for a smartphone
-bbm services arr two thumbs up!! If you only want to own a bb because of bbm, then this phone will be the best option for you.
Just ask me anything here but I really reccomend this phone especially those who are in a tight budget yet wants a quality and smart phone :)

useless piece . got the piece in sep 2011 , by may 2012 problems started . poor battery life , frequent hanging , and keypad stopped responding . ehrn give for repair , gor a reerply after 9 days , unrepairable due to liquid damage . i take really good care of it i dont understand liquid damage

waste phone with poor battery backup, better to take micromax,nokia,samsung,lg. please people dont u ever go for this and even any of blackberry or iphones

A good BB to start with unless you are a real
social-network addict.
On it's own the phone is perfect.
To have around 1 GB of data on it is not a problem but when you go higher than that it will get slow.
Installed mine again (myself) 2 weeks ago and it works like day 1.

When it comes to applications, I definitely don't recommend this phone. I have been using this phone for a year now and there are no apps like instagram and even the official apps of facebook and msn are not doing so well.
