Anonymous, 26 Jul 2012I htink that it is a beautiful phone and BBM is awesome but... morebecause , its 2G. Better to upgrade into 3G. but, i dont know if there is possible . i want to upgrade for faster connection to internet, and also i cant use facebook application , coz its only 2G. dissapoint, but bb8520 is good also using bbm and sms.

I'm new blckbry user..tonight my blkbery battery in idle cndtion (close connection) it too hot.Can smbdy tell me why?I also use mini and mini 2 but never had battery hot like this.May i send it to retailer?
