Good device but i need a help because when am using it, everything dissapear and the screen becomes blank white, when someone calls it ,it says the phone is off when i put it on the charger it works well why does this happen? please help me.

the controllers are up only to windows xp or professional. How do I upgrade my software to windows 7, or vista.. so that I can download Skype,

Frends when i go into the messaging nd type a message nd then click on a add contact then it doesnt shows the sim card contacts it only shows phone contacts
Please tell me how to import contacts on bb8900 ?

i currently have this handset on contract and trapped
to be honest it is one of the worse mobile phone i have ever used i use it as i have family in american an is ideal for BB but given the chance i would say please stay away from this handset. the screen freeze an goes blank as your using it.
I am aware this issue has not been sorted out as a friend of my has the same problem with a much later device, very very very poor RIM take a good look at youeselfs
