For who is concerned about the battery life, they can buy from store.bbnauts.com higher capacity batteries like 1600 mAh with the same size and voltage compatible to the originals (Japanese cells). Second, there are docks (pods - $25) for BB 8900 where the phone can be laid over night with zero effort for insertion (the phone is just pressing with its weight the pod contacts, not like iPhone which has to be pulled out from pod using both hands); over night the phone fully works and shows the alarm clock and recharges the battery. If you get the above items, I don't see any reason one may still complain any more.

in my personal opinion. the storm is garbage! feels cheep the entire screen tilts inwards when touching the screen... WTF? and 3g is over-rated only useful for people who do a great deal of internet/data on their phones. and as for others 3g = less battery life, unreliable network as in dropped calls comparing it to edge network. so overall BB 8900 is the better of all BB for now. imo...

Anonymous, 19 May 2009hey, blackberry 8900 does have wifi, you do not need a Blac... moreYou can use Microsoft maps: http://maps.live.com . The site installs an application on BlackBerry phone that allows you to access the maps and use the phone GPS with any wireless data plan, it works inclusive over WiFi Internet access (google maps work just with wireless postpaid data plan and don't work with WiFi Internet access).
