This phone is bad would not recommend to anyone i have had it for 4 months now. it hangs alot and the battery won`t last 6 hours . waste of money

Earphone Volume level on my phone automatically reduces to 50% from max volume when earphones are connected. Please help how to set Max volume with earphones connected.

Bought this last year, November. I must say, it's a great phone! I just hope BlackBerry to consider upgrading this phone to Nougat at least (Oreo is already here) aside from giving latest security patches. All in all, I am very satisfied with this phone.

So friends leave all type of Android devices go get oppo a37f .iam using now look simple but very good for our money

so not pleased with dtek50.
lags, get real hot fast
battery life is horrible, MASSIVE drainage
i spend more time using it while it's plugged in
low ram, everytime I get an update it fills up more, then slower, then more lag then hotter
overall i really dislike this phone, sickens me that i wasted money

I like blackberry for simple reason that i can get 1gb of data for R57.00 , i wonder whether the DTEK50 allows bb10 then i will buy it now

Very nice smartphone with current updated features. The only concern is the poor, delicate screen. Easily breakable at a slight fall. My one month DTEK50 can't respond as screen cracked slightly at the lower edge. Can't believe there is no service centre, replacement screwn available in the market. Nice phone but now it's useless. So disappointed!
