After spending that much for DTEK 60 if BB dilly dallies on its future course then their customers will be left to fend themselves.
First, these guys must understand that premium price is built over a period of time after establishing itself credibility MOST importantly, ONLY if your mobile demands premium in the resale market like Apple or Samsung.....This is possible only if you provide multi-year support for your products.
Otherwise, just behave like Chinese OEM and make it cheap absolve yourselves from service and support nightmares!

Excellent device at an excellent price point!!
I am waiting the industry to try to knock it down... But Blackberry still stands the fight. You wonder why? Fanbase and excellent products. Keep up with the good job!

I ordered this phone last week straightly from blackberry official site in us..so it received me 2 days ago... they purchased one 9v traveler QC charger and one case for dtek60...the device looks nice and great material on it...it's 5.5 point qud AMOLED 531 pixel...and also the phone is so fast that I compared with my friend's phone(Galaxy s7 edge) my device is faster than that...and the camera 21 megapixel is fabulous and great... finally I think I buy a good phone from a famous and big company BLACKBERRY with good price for flagship cellphone...and another point that you can add to this device 2T expandable memory... don't loos it...it's great.. thanks BLACKBERRY

Ordered DTEK60 the second day it was announced. Extremely good phone and it's a blackberry brand. Quality is amazing. Love the blackberry keyboard and other add-ons

well, if Blackberry says clearly that 10.3.3 is the last update, then makes life easy for many BB fans, who are not sure yet to convert from BB10 to Android .
this takes us again to Square 1 , why Blackberry doesn't act transparently with this matter. i think this reflects to their sales on Android powered phones.

A removable battery would have gotten me onboard. Also, I wonder if it would be using Blackberry Assistant or Google Now Assitant.

Regardless of app situation, I reckon they could easily sell 0.5m handsets if OS10 was updated. Just limit the supply.
