It's like Sega in a way (gaming company that stopped producing consoles and pivoted to a purely game making company).
An example (of modern day Blackberry tech) is modern cars radio/infotainment systems. Most run QNX OS which is a blackberry subsidiary.

Danish07, 14 Apr 2023is this phone usable in 2023?Yes, this phone is more than adequate in 2023. I currently use a Key2 LE. I think it is adequate. It is responsive and a productivity powerhouse. And most apps are supported. If you find a good deal, go for it!

I am a die hard Blackberry user.
I've used the Curve (several variations from 2008-2010), Storm(2011-2013), Q10 (2013-2014), Classic (2014-2015), Priv (2015-2018) Keyone (2018-2021) and the Key2 LE 2021 - present day). This is the perfect device for me. It is fast enough for all of my basic needs. The keyboard is essential for my work and personal communicative means. The OS is outdated, but I really do not care... I intend to hang on to this phone as long as possible. The alternative (Unihurtz Titan Slim) is hideous.... If it was designed better then I may of considered upgrading.... But not now...

just a smile, 19 May 2023Are you seriously going to use a blackberry in 2023?man i am just missing those feelings of physical keyboards want to feel a phone keyboard like a computer keyboard, I really wished that they have produced a newer version of this.
Also, I always enjoyed the build quality of BB phones

Blackberry phones were produced for the Canadian RIM (Research in Motion) by the Chinese company TCL. It still produces, but now under its own logo (TCL). For this reason, they are as good phones as Blackberry, I know because I have. Unfortunately, a few years ago, Blackberry became a victim of its own success and collapsed.
