If you want to blame anyone for the lack of support for the Key series then direct your angst at TCL.

Today marks 1yr since BlackBerry released a security update.
Great phone and software but no support from BlackBerry even if this is their "latest phone". For a security company they don't seam to know what a security update is.
2 years to the date and they act like the phone doesn't exist.
