I was waiting for blackberry leap & was expecting it to be around 16000 - 17000 INR but blackberry priced it too high. This would have been my first Blackberry device but unfortunately I wont be buying this because it is out of my budget. Now I have ordered Lumia 640 dual & in a day or two it will be in my hands. lumia 640 is a value for many. Mocrosoft is ticking the right boxes with this phone. They knew that it will sell well under 10,000 INR in India, so to reduce price they went with online sales with Flipkart whereas retail sales for 640 xl.
Keep it up Microsoft. Keep bringing to us Nokia's Built quality, Camera, Service Design & value for money products.

But with BlackBerry, one can't be too sure!

Compass gyro HDMI help us in many apps secretly like maps, tilt sensor enhancing, presentations respectively. I mean I know I am going way against the phone but that's just what is happening.I am really disappointed. Rest the phone is good for messenging. OK, can someone answer if Z30 would keep getting update for another year or so ?? And there are no light sensors too so automatic brightness won't be there.

BlackBerry make BlackBerry Z10 user waiting for so long. Make 4.5 inches display of BlackBerry Z10 successor please. 5 inches is too big to use by one handedly. Otherwise, I'll stick to my beautiful BlackBerry Z10

everything is good in leap,except slower processor nd price according to processor.this is not a good market stratgy for success for 2015.i am nt sure nd have a doubt for buy this phone

I have used Microsoft apple Android so I wanted to get my hands on a blackberry. And this is what they launched. Specs are horrible but they say its to cut the price. And then they priced it 21500 :D . BB boys see the Moto G, it is how u cut the price. Apparently the phone is missing Gyrosensor ,Magnetic sensor ,NFC ,Compass , Gorilla Glass, USB hosting ,HDMI ,baro , (*.*) BB cut price not features. They are all available in Z30 , with a far better GPU and CPU plus amoled screen. Would I buy this, not until the price hits 16k. Now !y question is should I but Z30 now over this "back leap."

However I agree to the part that India is a ultra price sensitive market. Here people don't look into the fine details of a product like smartphones. Mere look at 'specs' that too not knowing what does it do. A vast majority of just go with word of mouth. I wish BlackBerry would pull out a rabbit from their had and flood markets in developing countries with low cost BlackBerry 10 phones to create a user base. That same strategy does wonders to Windows phones.

Zero Value for Money. BB got it wrong again. I dont know who is guiding BB for pricing the products in extremely price sensitive market like India. I have been a BB user for past 5 years and was waiting for a good BB device at affordable price for last 8 months and finally shifted to Windows last week. I guess the decision was right after knowing the price of leap in India. High time BB, get rid off your marketing Manager in India...

abhi, 08 May 2015do the bb phns run with nomal internet plans?Yes it will run. Most likely android apps will run well and you can even install Google play store.

No lag at all and I have never had a brain freeze that would require battery removal. Android phones have been a nightmare for that in my experience. The BB 10 OS is based on QNX micro kernel so it is extremely reliable. Excellent business tool, especially the Hub.
