In singapore, malaysia, and filipina blackberry market is not good!! Even if we try to trade in, it gets too cheap, and as cheap as nokia asha!! Time we bought it, hell expensive like buying a gold! After 1 month there is no value!! Lolls important facts, even crap apps need to pay and buy.. For example i do like bb games : Temple Runner.. For the first 3 days it is free and now u are only able to make 15 moves and need to buy premium!! That is only a sloppy game!! And what did u say? Game based? Get my fact right!! Besides game, even for productivity apps, general apps, themes, launcher, business, education, entertainment, and utilities, there is only 10% free!! While the rest need to buy!! And the pricing are higher! Lack of apps!! Even when updating some apps, it taking longer than usual compare to iOS and Android! And now BBM way too many bugs!

and most importantly something called INFORMATION / Communication SECURITY
--> are you kidding? did you know why there's no attempt of snooping to bb? that's because since beginning BB gives free access to NSA and US Gov agency!! and BB has made long-term contracts with US Gov especially with DoD!

are you kidding? you said that while most people in the world went to android/iOs/windowsphone after trying BB os 10.. don't compare it with your country alone.. even when they don't replace their BB, they bought another phone either ios or android

best smartphone ever. i had htc(m8), iphone 5s, samsung s5, and yet they dont match my new bb passport in performance. browsing the net is blazing fast even my macbook pro retina is no match in opening emails and browser...

Lack of popular application = Applications availability increasing.
Awkward design = It servers the target market. Just a question of familiarizing for a day.
Small screen = wrong. Passport and Z30 has got pretty good sized displays.
Physical Keyboard = again wrong opinion. Target is a specific kind of users, albeit in good numbers.
Most of these opinion comes from people who never used a BlackBerry 10 phone. Like every other mobile OS, BlackBerry 10 too has it's limitations. But nothing life threatening.

I think bb rethink about its price policy. Blackberry has not been as popular and attractive anymore as it been 4-5 years before. Not overwhelming OS, highly price, lack of popular application, awkward designing, small screen size. still dependent on physical keyboards...these factors lead to company in worse condition.

I despair when I see good things like the Passport not being advertised. Nobody can appreciate what they don't see. High-tech is, I believe, is held back through this lack of exposure, not the quality that is available.

You do know that BB 10 is just approx under 2 years old....when android came out with HTC Dream did they have 40 percent or more market share...??? No it took time for android and tons and I mean TONS of android OS versions after to reach where they are now my friend.

It's so stupid! The Blackberry 10 operation system is simply amazing!!! - multiple-tasks can be operated AT THE SAME TIME, easy to use, the bbry hub with all the messages in just one place. So so so amazing! All the other phones are simply primitive - they can roll just one app at a time - close or hold in background. They really do need a better communication campaign - people should really understand WHY bbry is the best.
