Well, I doubt you will get answer to you question from everybody on this forum.
I can give you my opinion, but decision is always yours, and yours only.
If you like all the pros BB Passport offers (wide 1:1 screen, excellent battery life, great UI, mechanical QWERTY keyboard, etc.), and you can live with it's shortcomings (partial Android support, integrated battery, 'strange' design, probable discontinuation of BB10), then go for it and don't look back, because you will get an excellent device.

I've used most cellphone and I owned Blackberry Bold 9900.
for me the Love of blackbery stoped when BIS was discontinued
but there are still few blackberry devices I will go for without BIS
like Z10 simple easy potable light in weight and full touch.
In my opinion size really matters before I buy a device must be potable
easy to carry and light in weight
In passport I don't see one of these Qualities and as for. how ever the name given and the slogan used for the device to me it as if the cellphone was built for some business man and if I was a businessman I would consider to own one

Apple and Blackberry, their style look close. l suggest change to Android. It has many good phones for u. Window phone is not popular. Maybe Window 10 phone will success.

muj, 26 Mar 2016Can we download playstore on bb passportNo, it is only Amazon appstore. And remind u passport screen is square. Some games is not work well on it. Second, Playstore is not equal Amazon appstore. Some app is not include in Amazon appstore.

Or get a Priv. These are great phones, too bad market went for colorfull pieces.
I have owned an IPhone, and still love my passport better.

Problem 1: when I get off the phone and take it away from my ear the screen doesn't turn back on. I have to press the lock button so that the screen turns back on so that I can end the call.
Phone Model: BB Passport
OS: BB10.3
Type of proximity sensor : light sensing (small sensor is located LHS of in-call speaker)
Solution: by keeping the phone vertical and away from the ear / no obstruction to sensor, makes it turns on. However if the phone is changed to horizontal before it becomes on (i.e the screen flat surface is parallel to earth), the problem is occurring. (Further observation: the probability of problem to happen in vertical position is less than 1% and in horizontal position more than 70%)
Problem 2: The phone stopped ringing! Checked and double-checked all Notification settings, even did a reboot but nope, phone will not ring for an incoming call!
Solution: An additional fresh reboot (2nd Reboot) finally fixed it. The solution is proved repeatedly (even the problem may getting initiated by first reboot)
However the phone never hanged in few months , requiring reboot like android

I have a Passport. It's everything you want need and more!! Only problem for me is its too heavy and too wide to fit in most of my pockets so it's always left in the car!
