After up-dating... moreHello, your ID normally is your mail you used to create your account. If you can't remember your password, reset your password on Blackberry website (https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login).
But no way if you can't remember mail used to create your account. The anti-theft protection is hard to bypass.
Hop you can solve it.

I got it!!! Finaly SE edition... And it is better than black one. It's all OK just that BACK BUTTON and TRACK PAD. Classic is the best in functionality-productivity. I was quicker. But i like SE. I am gonna keep it. I miss BB updates, hope that they come back to the best platform. Keyone sucks. I don't like it at all. It just don't blend with the android. So please make it alive again ....::::BB::::....

Wish it had all keys like the other BB phones and not just 29 it currently has. Wouldn't have minded the phone becoming slightly bigger due to this.

For whatsapp you should download the android version on BB Passport and the app whatsapp fixer from blackberry world,because Whatsapp has no more support on BB10 phones.

I wish Blackberry would release a second generation Passport with android OS. It will be a one of its own kind device. I really really like the unique and elegant form factor of this model. Android will give it the much powerful soul and boost the usability of this hardware. Of course certain hardware changes are required when compared to the tech available in today's time as compared to what the market was back in 2014. A new device with this form factor is really going to be hit among the customers. Let's see if my wish comes true.
