My grand son got it from his mother in USA but I cant do nothing with it but just make a call. I am wondering if I can have the user guide it came without one

hello good day to all..i was just received a blackberry 8100 from my auntie.It came from U.S.A.,then she give it to me and im living here in philippines,..the problem is that, i cannot use the phone coz i cant find the icons then it was said that INVALID SIM.
how can i say the icons of the phone in order for me to use it?
im hoping that you can help me then..thank you so much..
and i just brought it in cellphone station, coz i need to open line it, but the operator of the cellphone says that they dont know how to open it coz they say, that its like a computer..
how can i use it? please help me..thank you so much..love lots..

i was send the the blackberry 8100 from uk and am living in nigeria.the blackberry is vodafone made and when am going through it wil be going off/on.later it wil get stable for sometime and after dat it wil go off/on again.plz what can i do to stop it from going off/on.

you all love it but its a vry bad experience of mine while using this phone u wil not able to acess to the internet very irritating!!!! BBCurve is best 10times better then this

i have blackberry pearl 8100 and just turned down last night dont have idea why it happen ,,i just plugged in with charger to think that its low power battery but still it didnt work,,,is there someone can help me how to fix this up,,,thanks in advance to anyone who can help me
