I can't stand this phone. I am stuck with it until I can up grade. The push buttons are to small, and if I carry it in my shirt pocket it will make a call to someone. I finally discontinued my e-mail service because of all the junk e-mails. It would light up in my shirt pocket everytime I received an e-mail. People would comment that my pacemaker was blinking.

It turns on and off by itself..I'm sure... moreYou should probably check the settings in options - auto on/off.....it allows you to set the time you would like your phone to come on and off.... i use it for saving battery life between the hours of 12am and 430am...

Just as there would be check boxes to select the software you want to install,there would be an option to select currently loaded software that you would like to remove/delete...just follow instructions from there.

to receive files, you have to go to media, and then to press menu, and press receive using bluetooth.
