you gotta download ColorPearl and use your BB aplication loader to install it on your phone. once you install its under options- colorpearl

Ooh, I have no idea why is there so many people who wanna buy this phone! I bought it after my dad screwed my W550i. I simply HATE this phone. This is the worst use of qwerty keyboard. The keys are too small. Blackberry thinks they know all the users. That's why they just left so many features non-customizable. The camera is real crap. And you can't have the regular internet on it, you gotta have the special $20 bucks plan. One thing is good, the design. But everything else about this phone is total crap. I miss my W550i so badly.

I dont know why people dont seems to like this phone..i jus got it before few days ago and its amazing. Greatt stylish loook and some really coool features..I'm really loving it

my dad used to have this one until now. he is having a hard time texting cos the keys are too small and its a bit complicated.

it comes with so many problems, i had it in my pocket took it out and now my media card did not work anymore. the blackberry internet service never works either.

i'm having a prob with the bluetooth... i can pair with a nother fone but when someone tries to send me a song it says something like service not available or not comptible ... also when i connect the USB to my laptop the laoptop doesnt recognize it

It is a CHEAP phone with a high price tag. So many problems (freeze, switched off, can't hear me sometimes and the list goes on and on with problems).
By the way, Nokia 1110i or Motorola F3 (mobile less than $39) has BETTER QUALITY keypads!!!!!!! It is icredible cheap keypads. Plastic and get dirty so easily. I bet the keypad cost for Blackberry will be less than 5cents (most likely the 4 cents will be taxes and freight!!)

the onlY thinGz i dont like about dis fone iz dat it dont record video , it dosent have a full keYboard , and mY track ball dosent chanGe colorz (i have de red 1 4 cinGular)

umm...i just got this phone, but when someone calls or i call anybody, i can hear them, but they can't hear me. it has been doing this since i got it.

i got this phone and cant wait to get rid of it. i was really expecting more. it freezes up, and wont accept calls on and off. also please not its a very quite phone even with ringger cranked.
