I think the pearl is a great data device for todays youth. Not a business exec phone though. It is also available in White and Red.

Go to Call log, press menu, go to options, smart dialling country code ( UK ) should be +44, AREA CODE should be blank, NATIONAL NUMBER LENGTH should be 10 on both WAIT FOR options this should be set to MY RESPONSE, In GENREAL OPTIONS, PHONE LIST should be set to CALL LOG

Can anybody help with a minor issue I have. My device does not recognise the sender of texts unless the number is stored on the sim memory. I am sure there is an answer to this but I cannot find it?????????? If I change the international code or store the numbers including +44 it recognises them for texts but not for voice calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can anybody help???

for waUX. go to ur options and change the sms setting. u probably have ur message deleter set to a week or sooner. simply open ur message inbox and click the menu button with all the little dots on it. scroll down to options and click general options. then scroll all the way down to where it says "keep messages:" then just choose how long u want to keep it! If that doesn't work then i don't know, ur phone may be messed up.

Hey i have a problem wid my pearl,it is deleting my sms by itself even if there r a couple of them in the inbox dont know what to do,plz somebody help me:(

Can i use the Bluetooth with other phones other than a black berry phone eg. can i receive stuff through blue tooth from a V3 razr..if yes..how.

dun tink its a goof phone..bluetooth cant send though its v2.0
bad camera and flashlight..lack of wifi which it looks like it suppose to hv 1..
though its a qwerty keypad but the t9 interfaces makes it a no difference to msging or email..
no 3G
the only thing i can say the nevigation scroll is amazing..

Nice Canadian product...but what I like about this phone`s technology is its a push-in, not a pull-out like most competitors...
(you dont have to check your e-mails all the time...and extracted them...) the phone tells you when you get a e-mail!!!

I linked all my emails and fully customized this phone as far as themes and ringers. Overall this phone is easy to use but gets dirty easy thats the only downfall. Other than that it helps me everyday in some way. Great phone highly reccomend

Please advise what is needed if I bought a 8100 on the Business Internet server and not the Enterprise server. Where do I need to go to get installation details if I have the POP3 or IMAC 4 server?

am having trouble with bluetooth on my Pearl 8100. Trying to import my contact list from Nokia to Pearl via bluetooth and it doesn't work. Any ideas/ solutions? anyone had similar problems with bluetooth?

This phone got a beautiful shape.i've never used a black berry phone(because i'm from argentine and this phone is very expensive:1300$)but i'd like try it some people say that are good phones
