Bought this phone 2 days ago, and it turns heads more than anything else
Battery life is ok, I can last a day full of facebook and games
Keyboard needs getting used to, but it's good
The earphones provided is super nice
Accessories will be harder to find though

Got my self the z10 back in late 2013 still have. Now I want to buy the priv..only thing thats stopping me that front camera quality...can you tell me how's the front camera 📷 comapred to moto g4 or other sub 300-400$ phones(not the flagships like gs7.lg g5 etc)

help....
i accidentally dropped my bb priv. i purchased a defective unit that has a battery issue( but 100% working) to use it's screen.
but when the phone technician wxchange the screen, both digitizer are not working, nonrespose at all. but when we return it back to each original body, each phone are working...
i tried ito do it as well but, same behavior happened..
Is there any compatibility issues in terms of hardware replacement?

Hi there, Is there any compatibility issues regarding the hardware replacement?
i accidentally dropped my priv and the screen cracked .i really love this priv that instead of buying another phone, i decided to purchase a defective privv( battery issue) just to take the screen as a replacement . but when the phone technician exchange the screen. both digitizer are not working. but when he return it back the screen to each original body, these 2 units are functioning well (digitizer) .
any idea anyone?

I love blackberry priv, I am using iphone 6s plus and priv handset. but i rely more in priv. But i accidentally dropped it. now it has a cracked screen. what ive done is to purchase a faulty priv unit(battery issue) to replace the
screen.
But here is d problem, when the phone technician replace the screen, the digitizer is not working. but when he put it to each original phone , all the units are working... Is there any compatibility issues with this??

I am a new Priv owner, and was not expecting a lot, based on published reviews.
I have to say the phone is fantastic, including its 18 M pixel camera. The manual mode and Optical Image Stabilisation allows to take super shots that are SLR-like. You can fix ISO, speed, white balance, and focus. The video recording can go as high as 4K.
The swipe keyboard gestures are really good, both on the physical keyboard and on-screen.
Battery capacity allows a full day of use.
There are so many misleading reviews out there, try the phone if you haven't.
(+) Plus: Camera, Hub, Picture password, calendar and contacts, DTEK, on-screen keyboard (multilingual), beautiful curved OLED display, excellent sound, SD card slot, wireless charging.
(-) Minus: no HDMI port, no FM receiver, mono speakers.

Please develop smaller,lighter, 4.5" screen with 2 sim card option like Priv or better with actual keyboard. I think will be a bombshell to the market.

Unpacking a box to see if the phone is damaged is not very economical. Regarding the replacement phone... dont whine until you get it... it could be new.. or not... but if a refurb grade A you probably wouldnt notice it after a day...

Strong and firm body. Mashed by car is not affected anything. U can't believed it. Wow!! I love my Priv.
