Jane, 24 Nov 2016I put my BB Priv ON this morning - and after a while = then... morePress the power button on the left side for 32 seconds. or press the volume down and power button at the same time and then select continue to boot up by pressing the power button once.

I have a Priv and i don't have any of the issues I've seen here below. Some issues are just people who don't understand the phone. The warranty is there for a reason. USE IT! Only the phone gets hot mostly when you play high end games, which is understandable. At least it doesn't explode like a certain other device..

Good day just unpacked my BlackBerry Priv. It's Awesome.Better than expected. Build quality smooth ness. 10/10. A top device. Iv practically owned every BlackBerry since 2010. This is the Best !!! Thumps up from me. Well done BlackBerry.
