BB 10.2 update has got FM radio....i bought this q10 recently and obviously this is the best phone that Ive used in my life,great phone i still love the conventional BB OS & sad to see it being abandoned

I love my BlackBerry q10, for it's fast,camera, slimness but the only problem of my device is get warm seriously w

Never heard of such a problem! Probably you and your friend's address book is messed up...
Also, even though whatever BB is going through - it still has one of the best connectivity - next to may be 'Nokia' aka M$

Elena, 20 Dec 2015I've had this cell phone for almost two years. The worst ph... moreThe problem you describe ppl had using BB 10.1.1xx OS,sorry the lowest on my Q10 was 10.2.1 so didn"t have this problem then and today we use 10.3.2xxx,so no problem here as well.
