I've had this cell phone for almost two years. The worst phone I ever had. At the beginning it was changing by itself all the names and phone numbers in my contacts, so if I wanted to call Maria , for example, and it would be calling Pete , but the name of Pete was connected with number of Maria. Then I found out , one of gone girls from my office had the same problem with her new phone just bought almost at the same time like me. Then I manually removed all the wrong names from phone numbers from all my 400 contacts , while the girl from my office tried to contact blackberry and they advised her to pay for fixing her phone. She refused and did the same like me. For all this time the phone cuts off suddenly for no reason often , and message is, the network failure , and the connection often is very bad at the same place where other phones are working perfectly , and the last drop was today, when it just turned off few times during couple of hours. I am buying tomorrow iPhone. So fed up.

BBfan4rINDIA, 14 Dec 2015SQN100-3 :( thanksBut the best way to check it,if you have the phone,just try activated sim card to make sure,bcs,as i know there are some reasons that your phone will work on CDMA,the phone should be factory unlocked for GSM and CDMA networks.

I have a blackberry Q10 brought from Dubai(4g enabled) however i want to use Reliance CDMA sim in it as that has better coverage here compared to GSM network..Will i be able to use reliance sim in this phone ???

It is one heck of Phone, it context of built of Built quality and hand hold this little is BOSS, and right the 10.3.2 the software is super fluid and fast,although if you trying the facebook apps in it it is slow,but it do work apt.KUDOS :) ;)

But now on 10.3 the Q10 comes off so awesome!! Cant get enough of this little bad boy! FIST BUMP man, because 10.3 is really rockin on the q10

I have rekindled my love for the Q10!!! Meanwhile, I noticed the Brightness has a drastic loss compared to 10.2. This was very strange because even my Z30 had a Brightness loss updating to 10.3. No biggie, but battery lasts so long on Q10 now. I wont update my Z10 just yet. Really enjoying its native 10.2 haha

Good luck.I personally tried on my Q10 around 5 different release and no problem.BTW 10.3.2.2789 is a good and stable one,but 10.2.3.2813 even better+WI FI calling as a bonus,but I think better to try 2789 first.

Am planning to buy Q10 needed advice right now am using Lumia 525 I had a passion also like an achievement once in a lifetime to use BB in my life I read few comments there is a problem in sim tray is that true pls advice me whether I should buy this particular model or not .....thanks in advance

I had a passion of using BB once in a lifetime it was like achievement also for me to get BB and use it initially I planned to get passport silver edition but nw I had a crush on Q10 can anyone say about + & - about Q10 so I can decide to buy or not in this page few comments i saw there is a problem in sim tray is that true shall I buy Q10 pls advice me what I should do ....thanks in advance

I had to use Orange Mobile from the UK even though its a T-Mobile Blackberry in the US because it couldnt find the update even with the sideloading program. I will continue to mess with it
