Im using BlackBerry Q10 since a month. Im facing a worst problem that no ringing and media sounds and it remains silent without keeping in silent mode. Often its working for a while after restarting the mobile. Kindly suggest the problem for the issue.

Blackberry apps still wants money for useless apps...A useless phone , should be banned in the market with immidiate effects

Blackberry Q10 when update have many many problems, when i close the phone remove the battery to put a new sim card all the phone is wipe to original settings, all my contacts, messages, applicatons all is delete, Blackberry need to work hard to resolve this big problem

rrosheed, 06 Aug 2015I recently upgraded to SW 10.3.2.556 version for my q10 and... moreI personally tried 10.3.2.858 or 556 SW version and can confirm there is no bug like You describe(at least not on my Q10).Actually starting from 10.3.2.798 OS version just stable and fast but battery life depends on device and Radio version,may be apps.Autoloading OS is safest way to get it clean with no restore from previous OS.

rrosheed, 06 Aug 2015I recently upgraded to SW 10.3.2.556 version for my q10 and... moreIf You didn"t have this problem before this means some thing wrong went during update,or some app installed already on Your phone need to be updated too.I would try first security wipe to clean the phone,then(if this will not work) reinstall the OS using Autoloader.

I recently upgraded to SW 10.3.2.556 version for my q10 and ever since then, whenever I tried to switch off or restart the phone, my recent files, contacts, messages and photos get erase to the date I updated it. now i'm afraid to switch off or restart my phone. I tried downgrading to the factory OS through BlackBerry Link but the software wunt read my phone. anyone with useful information should please help. thanks
