Rudi, 03 Aug 2015I have had all kinds of phones (android, IOS, Windows, ...)... moreThanks for reply.
I have 2 BB (9720 & Q5) and both Wifi connection suck.I have to sit inside the modem,maybe can catch or hold signal.So annoying for me.Because i can't use another phone except BB.Also several times a day they reboot themselves automatically without any intervention.
I wonder,why BB phones still have no Wifi connection?

Even 20 meters from my modem it connects automatically

I just got blackberry 10 last week and now the speaker has gone bad. his this how the BlackBerry Q10 work Am very disappointed by this. Because this is the first-time I am using a blackberry phone.

This is a general sickness of Blackberry company.
Others,even cheapest chinese phones catch and hold WIfi from long distance but BB phones even near can't.Sometimes when they catch,after a few minutes disconnect.This is for near distance to WIFI modem.If 2-3 meters away from WIFI modem,no connection.
Is it true for Q10 also? I think if you are not near to WIFI modem about 1 meter or less,Q10 can't catch and hold WIFI signal,after 1 meter from modem,no connection

I regularly used few Android devices, still using a Lumia and played with iOS a bit. Eventually I decided to try Blackberry (Q10) and now I use it as my primary phone - BB10 and its Hub is just great(!) - checking calls, writing emails, FB, Twitter, ... play a game, sharing files - it was never so simple. I don't understand why people rant about mega screen, zillion cores and skyhigh processor freq. I don't rant, I just take the smooth system and best productivity offer.

The best phone ive ever used. Doesn't hang, doesn't get slow. The battery is not that good otherwise the phone is too good. My advice, go for blackberry q10. Best phone

mobile is to good but battery is not reliable as compare to another phone.... getting only 2 hours backup ....

Shanto, 25 Jul 2015Battery drain too much faster even in idle time. Seriously ... more@Shanto; Firstly, I will like to know the version of OS you have on your device.
Note:
If you are on 10.2 or later you may experience that.
But, I will advice you to upgrade your OS to 10.3.1.1779. When you have successfully upgrade your OS. Kindly backup your files via BBLINK to your Desktop Computer or Laptop. Make sure you have data plan on your sim or wifi connection before you go ahead.
When you are done, go to System Settings and do a "Security Wipe". It will automatically wipe all your data. At the completion of that, follow the screen message to setup your phone. Once your phone setup is complete, go to Mobile network option and change your Network mode to 3G to enable download the 16MB update on time.
Go to Settings and scroll down to "Software Update" click on it and update your OS, the volume is 16MB. You can change your network mode back to 2G. That helps you to save your battery as well.
Now you have resolve the issue of over heating, hanging, slow communication, quick battery drain.
You can restore your files back to your device. But, mind you, don't install unwanted apps on your device. Excess of apps runs down the battery.
I hope this will help. Because, since have done this on my device my phone is working fine and my battery serve me well.

medo, 18 Jul 2015I need a link to download google play store on my BlackBerr... moreOverheating seemed quite common before the OS upgrade to 10.3 but after that it reduced quite a bit, also check and see if there is an app that is using more processing power than most other apps if you feel its not needed uninstall it. That might help.
