AnonD-406337, 14 Jun 2015I am from India and using a Q10 but as I was going through ... moreWhat You see on BB website this is official update for phones are bought from BB or Amazon shop,so called Factory unlocked devices,in Your case 10.2.1xx version only the update that was approved by Your Carrier,otherwise You would see the new update is ready to be installed,on Your phone or BB Link.

I am from India and using a Q10 but as I was going through and checking the specs of my phone I found that the OS version of my phone is 10.2.1.3062. but on blackberry official site I found that the latest OS for Q10 is 10.3.1 so I wanted to ask how to update it 10.3.1

dfive, 11 Jun 2015Hi, What method of update did you use to update to 10.3.2.... moreSorry,about sound can't say from my experience,but ppl said 10.2.1 had the loudest sound for all notification,but I never had problem with this,my volume slider is always 75-80% up.

Maybe updating my Q10 will solve the problem of sound notification, am on 10.3.0.1418.

Foe every one who interested in keeping his Q10 updated.Yesterday updated my phone with 10.3.2.798 from 10.3.1.27xx and really like it.Phone feels snappy and smooth,fast browsing,every thing respond better.Can't say about battery for sure,too early,bat so far so good,phone works cooler and use less CPU,I think camera focus faster and easy to get best picture.I think this OS strong and stable with really good chance to be the best up to now.

This is quietest forum on GSM arena?,this means only a few of us have some problem with Q10,very good.I just would like to know if some one received new 10.3.2.xxx update on unlocked Q10 from BBshope or Amazon and share the experiences.Thanks in advance.
