I just got the Q10 early this month, but it only last 4hours on a heavy use for me, is it normal guys? Pls help

Hi,
Yesterday, after updating my blackberry Q10 to the latest version of 10.3.1, I noticed all of a sudden that my my network coverage is gone and my phone refuse to charge, when i plug the power source into it, it shows the sign of battery full.
What do i do ????

Hello I recently updated my BlackBerry Q10 to the latest version 10.3.1.1565 and there are indeed a lot of advantages in but I also noted none of my games are working now and the new 720p@60fps is very choppy I tried turning off video stabilizer and continues auto focus but nothing happened. These are the only issues I found on my Q10. And in games I have (The Bard's Tale, Riptide GP, Sonic and Sega all Stars, Angry Birds, Shine Runner, Anomaly Warzone Earth, Temple Run OZ, Where's my water)and none of these games are working now. They were working on 10.2.1 like a champ but not now after the update! :(

Q10 is a perfect phone, easy and fast for work, pocket-friendly in size, and the latest update of the software makes it even nicer...

i dont recommend upgrading to 10.3 ... some advantages but alot of disadvantages .. very slow

"space" key on Q10 is getting wobbly. Hope it won't fall off. Is this a common problem of Q10 devices?

Am really happy BlackBerry launch os 10.3.1.1565 for q10 after dat it's performance improve like browsing n battery 15 percent enhance Good job BlackBerry.

amazing one, after using 9900 i was in confusion weather i should go for another bb or not. but i was right to continue with bb. simply awesome, battery last few days, fast response v.good interface. will buy passport soon :)
