After nearly 3 years going from one cheap Android to the other, I realised the Q10 has much better specs than a lot of mid-level Androids, despite it having been released in 2013. It is strong, reliable, the keyboard is unrivalled, and you can change its battery! Don't use many apps, but still installed Cobalt's platform to have access to Android apps, and it works beautifully! Highly recommended

I still use my Q10,works well for me,don"t use much apps.Calls,SMS,some browsing,email,calendar,all this done fast and correct with no problem.The best part is keyboard,outstanding.

Had this phone and the keyboard $ sign broke and with a simple wiggle the $ symbol would post like crazy. Besides that, battery was weak, would die out within 6-7 hours even overnight. but once I forced the B.B. 10.3 OS update on the phone it worked so much better. Sucks that they keyboard is unusable

Sim slot quality is very poor, I have change its two times but still not working now problem supply not properly.Now It's dump.
