Sham, 03 Feb 2014I am planning to buy this phone in order to use it for at l... moreSo far Q10 is the best for me. I am used to using two phones and I was using Galaxy S3 and Nokia Lumia 800. I was by them contemplating buying Galaxy s4 but I first bought q10 and later bought galaxy s4 mini because the Q10 was not having fm radio... Now with an update to 10.2, I realized that I can install all my android apps on my bb Q10 as well as have an FM radio on it. I hardly use the S4 mini as the Q10 has become my flagship phone... Please go for the Q10 its the best....

[deleted post]are you out of your mind??? BB9300 has an ugly camera. Even my 9780 can knock down your 9300 in all aspect. How dare you compare Q10 to your 9300.. 9300 was a good phone on its era but it won't stand a chance with Q10. My 9300 started to weather by it self after a year. Even if I always used it with protective casing on it.

Is d q10 10.2.1 os upgrade for som q10's or all q10's cos at 10.2.0.1 its sayin I av d latest software installed. Y is that lik that?

Best BB and much better in comparison to other smartphones. Battery is more than adequate. Easy sync option, very fast speed and its OS is better than Android or Apple's. Simple and very effective. Keyboard is very well built. One more thing, accidentally I spilled a glass of water on it but nothing happened and its absolutely fine.

Just got this phone couple of days ago from a huge sale. I buyed this one because the prize was very good compared to other phones . However this phone is really amazing ! the menu , secreen , camera ... everything is great if you like phones with keyboard . 9/10

Use Q10 trad. Chinese lang for couple month is fine, after update to firmware to 10.2.1.537 yesterday, the contact search function with chinese word is crash, always show no result but english search is fine, I trust the contact search is comment basic function, everyone need and its important (no one can remember all the contact no. or too much, RIM need to test the base function smooth then develop the new task.

I am a Mac user when it comes to computers. I also have the iPad mini. But I don't need a computer in my pocket. I travel a lot and I need a messaging tool, and something I can write docs with and share easily. For this purpose I love the Q10. It's a huge improvement over the 9900. Sure there are a few apps which I would love to have that will never come to BB10. But overall the Q10 is great for my needs. Battery life is excellent, btw, and the camera is a little better than my daughter's Iphone 4S.

Probably the worst BB i ever had (and had a bunch for the past years). Selecting contacts to text or email takes ages. Screen is very unresponsive. Emails do not fit screen. No bis services but a crappy android clone. Hub keeps kicking email accounts out. So if you looking for headache and a huge portion of daily frustration this is your phone.

I hav a whyt bb q10. The os is 10.2.0.149
When I check for updates, it shows I run the latest update software; yet os 10.2.1 is available. It came up initialy and refused installing. What could be the problem
