Can somebody show mw how to download music videos with my blackberry q10 from any Web site, cause I've tried several websites and nothing!! I am very disappointed cause I like this phone thou. Videos is only playing aswell as the mp3's

This is very nice device I like it a lot, but check out the new juicy Q30. If I were you and I'll be having a mobile for 3 years, I'll wait for Q30. (rumored to be out Q3 of 2014).
Bigger screen 4.0inches at least as I read, which will be very nice with the latest update OS 10.2.1 specifically for Android Apps.(which will force you to the need of getting a bigger screen).
That's my opinion. & Happy Mobile whichever you get. :)

Had phone for past 6 months. This has been without doubt the best phone for business I have had. Not great for apps but easy to use and good battery life. I prefer it to my personal iPhone.

This is the best phone on market, this is not a phone to play games, for that u can use play station. any way i never been disappointed from Q10 and i dont think that there is any better phone for business.

Blackberry has just released a 10.2.1 update. Mine has an os version 10.2.0.149; when I check for updates, it shows me I run the latest update version. How do I go about this new update?
