Very disappointed with BB10 (Z10,Q10,Q5)since they dont have BIS anymore i need to register on higher prepaid plan...Blackberry needs to do something on this issue since the reason why people are buying blackberry phones is bcoz of its on BIS...

I used to like Blackberry, but now I wish that I would have went with the new Samsung. The texting screen locks up, and won't let me send or receive messages for hours at a time...sometimes days. Using the internet is very frustrating on this phone, as well.

I can understand the frustration people have with Blsckberry X. I'm on my third now - the Z10.
The company does not support it's product properly. The manual is dismal and so is their website where there is no clear explanation of phone functionality. Any real support is by various websites willing to share their successful experiences. Apple is successful because they provide support with real answers. So why do I hang in. Because it is built as a solid business tool and the feature set meets my needs. Neither am I an apphobic so the millions that are out there don't appeal to me. Gettin to like BB is a tough road but worth it.

Would someone please let me know whether when searching for information entered on the handset(Q10) within contacts can be retrieved. For example, when searching for the word "Roseview" I wish to view all my clients living in the suburb of Roseview.
Also is it able to retrieve information entered into the notes section within contacts? For example, when searching the word "Fastflo" I wish to view all contacts related to this search.
Having used two different models of HTC many years ago they were capable of these tasks but three subsequent BlackBerry models, the latest been the 9900 Bold have not been capable of performing these searches.
Should anybody be able to enlighten me further it would be greatly appreciated.
