There are no issues whatever, no freezing, no lagging, no overheating, no non intentional calls. The battery is like those on the other smartphones and need to be charged every day or at least every two days. I am also happy with the preinstalled applications and have installed just two apps. Like an other reviewer I also realized that I spend less time adjusting the phone and can concentrate more on the job.

sizewise and designwise it is ultimate. its photo edit section is amazing. But its price is too much.It is best in keyboard phones.

I think it is overpriced phone. only 25 thousand is right price for it. other wise it is cool and satisfactory. Designwise it is ultimate.

BAD BAD BAD BLACKBERRY A LOT OF PROBLEMS Don t buy it, this phone make alone calls my privacy was destroyed, touch is shit impossible to answer because touch is blocked, battery level sometimes show that is charged sometimes is low i dont understand i send to repair and again same problems... BLACKBERRY CHANGE JOB PLEASE YOU ARENT ABLE TO MAKE QUALITY PHONES,yes design its very nice, qwerty also, push service email the best i like but we need quality phone for business, i cant lost clients because thay make calls alone or because i cant answer...STOP MAKE TOUCH SCREEN... i USED ALL VERSION OF BLACKBERRY AND EVERY ONE HAVE A PROBLEM... i thinked that this new was better but i wrong... sorry x my english

[deleted post]New firmware update will let us use blackberry apps and blackberry apps so your wrong saying no apps, and blackberry 10 is good smooth, I have q10 battery life is good,

Just upgraded from the BB9670 and not all that happy with the Q10. Very bummer that the new version does not use the BB server and the email does not sync like it use to. I now have to pay my domain hosting provider and extra $190.00 to have Active Sync email on my domian. My question is: Is there a way to Copy and Paste and scroll your curser now that the track ball is gone?

Blackberry must include this apps in the release of there software upgrde 10.2 for Q10 - LAUDATE , ABS-CBN , OPERA MINI BROWSER , MESSAGE POP-UP , Message Popup Eases messaging specially when you're performing other task you can read, reply, and delete. etc.

----- once you have this os version the copy paste is already there... just long pause to the pics or messages and it will give the option....

comfortable weight and fit in hand , but not impressed with usage. for a newer addition it is supposed to be better than BB9900. downloading apps to do what phone should be able to takes up all the internal memo. miss the scroll button, wrong typing is a disaster! cant share, edit or easily delete on FB. AND I HAVE TO SUFFER THIS FOR THE NEXT 24 MONTHS.

This is packed with an AMOLED so you will have a more Vivid picture, which would inherently display the actual quality of the video/pic. The screen actually has a better resolution than the Z10 though its small. Its a superb buy and i love the OS.

I love this phone, keys are so easy to use and kind on the fingertips. This is probably the best phone with the keys in the market. I sure love it but only too bad it does not do traditional BIS.

Resolution is low, it is not 328! Compare it with Q5, it is very obvious that the resolution of Q5 is much much sharper than this. How can it be?
The pixel is so visible, very disappointing. Not going to buy it though I like the design.
