Really love this Phone and it lasts me 2days heavy use its perfect for me and well built, blackberry have done well with this Phone. And thanks to GSM arena team they are no looking at what certain People put on here and when its agressive to otheres there posts are now being removed sobre bé warned, after all we are all on here as we like our phones . Só have a good day,

I was using blackberry 9900 with Vodafone 599/- Blackberry plan. Now I have purchased Blackberry Q10. I just want to know Blackberry 599/- Vodafone plan will work in BB Q10 or not .

In my own personal opinion/experience, this is the worst Blackberry I have used. There are some things better. But those are expected. So many things about this phone have regressed from prior models.

I have been using for office 360,hotmail,gmail,wassup,bbm and texting and it is flawless. check if you have tuned off any update or notification option in the software settings. If you have turned it off you will not get any updates.

pls can some one help just develop this problem on my z10 and q10 cant receive msg unless i restart the phone, if i read a msg it still remain as unread in the Hub, unless i restart and then read again before it will appear as read, i ve even updated to 10.1.0.4181 on both phones but the problem persist, it is worst with facebook and text messages, pls can some one help me am running out of patience plssssssss!

it's a crap. nothing works on it. email connectivity problem has occurred due to unknown reason. wasted 2 days dealing with this mess. thinking of returning to bold version.

I am using BB9810 torch, for last 8 months, its a superb phone, how ever i am planning to buy Q10, can any body help me on following points:
1) dose Q10/Z10 require seprate plan.
2) if it runs on same 2g plans is the service as
efficiant as 399 plan.
3) do we recive mails as soon as some one has mailed us or we have to refresh it like on androied phones.
4) is the phone as similar as android or i phones.
5) is this just a bb device but with the features of android or ios devices.
kindly answer my questions, it weill be a great help to me.

great audio is what impressed me most really good speaker,lack of apps is where blackberry fail,need to get up to speed with apple and android otherwise a really nice phone

i have bold 9700 and just bought Q10 but i cant set my office outlook mail and when people are calling its only appearing phone number not name even i save them with international and country code. but 9700 i just write my email address and password and its automatically set my office outlook exchange mail and the names are appearing even i done save them with international and country code. RIM please help.

I am fond of blackberry and using Q10 AND BOLD 9700. Recently i bought Q10, Its nice phone but i cant set my office outlook exchange in it even i have BIS data plan and when people are calling me i cant see their name except phone number even i save their name including international and country code. but 9700 i just write my office email and password and its automatically set my email. and names are appearing with the phone number even i don't save them with international and country code. Please help! Thanks.
